$4,500 grants are for operation of business in addition to payments from those who are in attendance, including Emergency/Essential Workers.

Financial relief:

Small Business Association (SBA):    3.75% loans available to stay afloat (private individuals do not have access to this money.  Operational expense, think your home, your electricity, etc.
